1. Our Commitment
At Squeblenphquabl, we aim to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase of Meditron. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this Return Policy explains your rights and the steps to take.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase Meditron as a consumer via distance selling (online), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires by contacting us using the details in Section 7.
Please note: the right to cancel may not apply to goods that have been opened or used if they are sealed for health or hygiene protection and you have unsealed them after delivery.
3. Returns Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the applicable timeframe (see above) to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with a return reference number and the return address.
- Return the product in its original, unopened packaging where applicable.
- Use a trackable postage service; we recommend retaining proof of postage.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund, a replacement or a repair as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
We may deduct from the refund an amount for any diminishment in value of the goods if the handling was beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our voluntary policy (though your statutory rights remain unaffected):
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed or whose tamper-evident seal has been broken (unless faulty or damaged).
- Products returned after the applicable cancellation period without a prior arrangement or valid reason.

8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint or return request, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. You also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to seek redress through the courts of England and Wales.
